Ben Israel is the General Manager of Proximity, Singapore, where he helps brand and businesses navigate change and solve complex marketing challenges in the new digital economy.

In addition, he oversaw several company projects that engaged more than 250 million content creators worldwide—from musicians to filmmakers, chefs to beauty gurus. Bing co-founded and co-led initiatives such as the global expansion and evolution of the YouTube Partner Program.

Charlie is a seasoned digital media executive with global experience across programmatic advertising, as well as the wider media and entertainment sectors.
Having previously been based at RadiumOne UK for three years, Charlie was part of the UK Management team in his role as Head of Commercial. This entailed overseeing their strategic sales focus across tier one advertiser accounts, as well as managing key sports & entertainment rights-holder and publisher relationships.
Prior to RadiumOne, Charlie held a number of marketing and commercial roles at start-ups and a leading global entertainment company, including five years at Universal Music Group where he oversaw all digital marketing activity across one of their front line labels.
In his new role as Director of Business Development for South East Asia, Charlie is driving RadiumOne's global expansion into the region and will be based out of Singapore.

Christopher Smith is the Head of Digital and Branded Content for Endemol Beyond Asia, the digital division of Endemol Shine Group. Endemol Beyond is a premium digital content producer, home to Michelle Phan’s ICON Network, Legends Of Gaming, and other premium content channels, working with talent around the world on original and branded content.
Previously a Partner at Mindshare Singapore, Christopher is a former creative director, chief strategist, and expert generalist, having worked with such influential clients as Apple, Disney, Quiksilver, Intel, Visa, and Unilever. Christopher led the APAC regional social media team, and led Mindshare Discovery, a content and experiential group within the global media agency.
Now focused on digital content across Asia, he and his team are working to bring great digital storytelling to the next generation of content creators for original, entertaining content.

Chris is a digital creator and entrepreneur in Southeast Asia. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Filipino (Tagalog), Chris brings Food and Fun from the Philippines to a global Tagalog speaking audience as the host and executive producer of MaputingCooking, with 21,000 subscribers on Youtube. Chris is also the Founder and Chief Sommelier of Wine by Chris Urbano, a boutique, online only wine distribution business in Manila.
Formerly a management consultant with BCG, Chris also advises select clients in Southeast Asia on corporate development and digital media strategy. Chris graduated with high distinction from the Australian National University in Economics and Asian Studies.

Prior to Nissan, Dan worked at Reuters for 17 years as a business correspondent, and served as Singapore Bureau Chief. He is author of "Playing to Wiin: Nintendo and the Video Game Industry's Greatest Comeback", a former president of the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan, and adjunct professor of Media Studies.

Dom Lau, commonly referred to as “Asia’s Ryan Seacrest”, is the face and voice of Asia Pop 40 - the first regional weekly chart countdown radio show produced in Asia specifically for Asian radio. Dom debuted on network television in 2005 where he spent five years with Fox International Channels, presenting on Channel [V], STAR World, and STAR Movies. He then moved to host E! News Asia airing on the E! Entertainment channel, which is part of NBCUniversal. Don has over two decades of media and digital experience, including 15 years’ leading digital sales and marcoms initiatives for major publishers and broadcasters in Asia. Before joining We Are Social, Don served as SVP, Regional Strategic Digital Integration for FleishmanHillard.
Don previously served as director of integrated ad sales for ESPN STAR Sports, led sales and marketing for CNN’s social travel platform, and oversaw Turner Interactive’s commercial business in Asia.
He is co-founder and chair of the Asia Content Marketing Association.

Emily Ketchen is Head of Regional Marketing Services for HP Asia-Pacific & Japan. She is responsible for integrated marketing to drive brand demand and revenue for HP in the region.
A respected strategist, Emily has specialized in technology marketing since 1996. Before she joined HP in 2011, Emily was Director of Global Agency Relations at LinkedIn, and formerly, Senior Vice President and Group Account Director at Americas McCann Worldgroup responsible for HP’s personal systems business. In addition to HP, Emily led the iShares US business and the North America portion of the Cathay Pacific Airlines business for McCann Worldgroup.
During her 27-year marketing career, Emily has held roles at Publicis & Hal Riney, Grey San Francisco, Dell, Poppe Tyson/Bozell Advertising, Falcon Cable TV and Iberia Airlines of Spain.

Gautam heads up partnerships for YouTube across Asia Pacific and is also responsible for YouTube's overall operations across the region. Prior to his current role, he led the Asia Pacific Product Partnerships team supporting several Google products including Search, Maps, Shopping, Finance and Video. Gautam has been with Google since April, 2005 originally based in California and in Singapore since January, 2009.
Gautam started his career as a Corporate Attorney at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, a leading Silicon Valley law firm. He has a Juris Doctor from the Boalt Hall School of Law, at the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from UCLA.

Gautam Talwar serves as General Manager - Southeast Asia at Maker Studios, overseeing the short form media company's activities in audience development, brand partnerships and commercial development in Southeast Asia. Prior to Maker, Gautam was the VP of Business Development at FremantleMedia Asia where he oversaw ancillary and digital initiatives for franchises such as Idols and Got Talent. Gautam started his career at The Walt Disney Company where he held a number of strategy and business development positions in U.S. and Asia Pacific focused on Disney Channel, ABC and Disney Media Distribution. Gita de Beer is the Global Business Development Director for Diageo Reserve. She has worked for Diageo since 2007 in a variety of roles including Innovation and Marketing. Prior to joining Diageo she worked at Unilever in various Marketing roles in Holland and Vietnam.
Gita’s passion at work includes using creativity as a critical tool for competitive advantage and ensuring that a focus on marketing and big Ideas is central to all business activity. She believes that working in partnership with agencies is critical to create magic for the people she works with, the business and its brands.

Gwen has lived in Singapore, California, and Vietnam, speaks 3.25 languages and had almost fallen into a crevice – into what would have been certain death - while hiking a snow-covered volcano in Chile. Her latest hobby sees her attempting to make people laugh through improv comedy.

Henry has 17 years experience in the digital advertising and search marketing arena. His career began in digital media at MediaVest in 1998. From there, in 2003, Henry moved up to Group Account Director at Mindshare running the IBM and Nike digital accounts.
In 2005 Henry saw an opportunity and left Mindshare to set up Circus Street, a consultancy business managing digital change within the traditional publisher sector tackling issues like website monetisation, digital product development and digital sales strategy for the likes of ITV, Guardian and Bauer. He returned to the Mindshare in 2009 as Head of Online Display and Mobile at before spotting the future trend towards automation and programmatic, moving to GroupM to help launch Xaxis UK in 2011.
After two years of rapid growth he decided to take on the challenge to evangelise programmatic media and help build the Xaxis product in the developing markets of Asia.

Ivy Wong is the founder of VS Media, a Next Generation Media Company empowering creative talents. VS is a MCN focus on Chinese creators with office in HK, Taiwan and China empowering over 500 creators and their 30 mil+ subscribers. Over an 18 year period, first in a role as Asia’s Senior Director of Global Sales at Yahoo! And then as Chief Operating Officer of TVB.com, CEO of Next Mobile Limited, Ivy has led three media brands into the number one digital position in Hong Kong.
James is Managing Director at MinerLabs Group, a regional agency designing and delivering TV Everywhere, Over-The-Top Video, Social Media and Mobile Application solutions for leading media and technology companies. Previously, James was SVP at ESPN STAR Sports/now FOX Sports Asia, where he led the Asian digital media business. Before ESPN STAR/FOX Sports Asia, James was Head of Creative Services at GroupM, where he founded their Asian digital production, and social media practices. Prior to GroupM, he was in senior leadership positions at Blue Interactive Marketing, Scient, Praxis Management Consulting, Y&R WCJ Advertising, About.com, and Prodigy Internet.
Jasper began his career in advertising in 1987 in London at Chris Ingram Associates moving to Eurosport in 1992. He relocated to Asia in 1995 to work for Star Sports and joined (music channel) Channel [V] in 1997 where he constructed many branded content deals whilst also working on the launches of channels in Australia, Thailand, Philippines and South Korea. Continuing to make connections that matter, Jasper co-founded Branded Ltd in 2001 and has since created the “Matters” series of events and the YouTube FanFest. Most recently he has been instrumental in launching the Asian Sponsorship Association, serving as its inaugural President.

John Lee is the CEO and Founder of Gamera Networks, a multi-platform video community platform focused around the e-Sports and game spectator market in Asia. In addition to founding Gamera, he sits on the boards of several eSports and social media companies, including Ryze Gaming (www.ryze.gg), Nemesis (www.nemesis.com) and MIGME (www.mig.me).
Prior to founding Gamera, he was the Chief Strategy Officer for Zenimax Media Asia Pacific, a global games holding company which included such products as the Elder Scrolls Online, Fallout and Skyrim. Prior to Zenimax, he was the Chief Strategy Officer at GigaMedia (NASDAQ: GIGM) which was a early leader in the eSports Asia market with select Asia market rights for such titles as Diablo, FIFA Online, Freestyle Basketball and Starcraft II. Earlier in his career, he was a senior associate at Softbank Venture Capital and an associate consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Johnson started his career in Harvard Law School as a research assistant. Following that, he joined Fidelity Investments in Taiwan as a research analyst. After his MBA, he joined McKinsey & Company, where he was last an associate principal in its Taipei office. He was a leader in the cleantech and sustainability practice in McKinsey Asia, At the same time, he also worked on various media related projects. He later went on to work for the World Economic Forum in Geneva, where he led an initiative on circular economy by working with top stakeholders in the world. He now leads business development and e-sports for Riot Games in China. He holds a Ph.D. in strategic management from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University
Josh is the CEO for GroupM Content across the APAC region. The business operates across 15 markets and comprises the largest network of brand-focused content agency businesses (embedded within the GroupM media management agencies) in the Asia Pacific region with over 300 dedicated specialists developing content strategy, production, measurement, optimization and integration for some of the world’s largest advertisers and brands. He also oversees the Group's Content Investment and Rights Representation businesses. Before joining GroupM Josh spent 10 years working at PepsiCo International in various Brand Marketing roles and has lived and worked in Bangkok, Singapore, Sydney, Manila and Hong Kong.

As General Manager for Microsoft’s Xbox Business in Greater Asia, Rennie Addabbo is responsible for the marketing and category management for the Xbox brand and business across Korea, Singapore, India, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and Greater China. Rennie sits on the global creative council where he oversees the Xbox Brand within Microsoft.
Rennie spearheaded the launch of Xbox One in China in 2014, and was responsible for working with the local and global leadership teams on sales and marketing for Xbox in China.
